What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Orders within the UK typically arrive in 2-3 business days, while international shipping can take 5-7 business days depending on the destination.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Does my jewelry come with a warranty?

Every Missoma piece comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults but does not include accidental damage or general wear and tear.
