Prepare Your Package
Place the jewelry in its original Missoma box and secure it inside the shipping mailer, ensuring all tags and protective layers are intact.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use the QR code provided at a designated drop-off location.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the courier or drop it at a local collection point; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
